When purchasing any digital design from Art3advisor.com, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use, as previously agreed upon. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of our designs is not permitted without explicit written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Purchase and Payment Process

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure payment platforms and must be made before the final product is delivered. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment requirements are not met.

6. Refund and Return Policy

At art3advisor.com we are committed to ensuring our clients’ complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the final design, we offer two options: we will improve the design according to your instructions until it meets your expectations, or we will issue a full refund. The choice is yours.

You have 30 business days from the date of final design delivery to request a refund or modification. All requests must be submitted via email to art3advisor@gmail.com. Our team will review your concern and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

It is essential that any inquiries regarding refunds or modifications are communicated clearly in writing, ensuring accurate and efficient follow-up for each case. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with our services meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Art3advisor will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
