we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring a clear process for cancellations.

1. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you wish to cancel your project before we begin, please notify us via email at art3advisor@gmail.com

. If the cancellation is made before any work starts, you will receive a full refund.

2. Design Modifications

You are entitled to request up to 2 modifications to the design. Please ensure modification requests are specific and clear.

3. Cancellation During or After the Design Process

If, after the two allowed modifications, you are not satisfied with the design, you may cancel the project. To do so, provide a valid and reasonable explanation to art3advisor@gmail.com

. If your reason is accepted, we will issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Upon approval of a valid cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued after the project is completed and delivered, unless there has been a failure to meet the agreed-upon service.
