- Delivery Timeframe
Once payment is confirmed and all design requirements have been agreed upon, digital design delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the volume of requested revisions, and current workload. In the event of any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Delivery Method
All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon project completion, the final design files will be sent via email or through a secure download link. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information, particularly email addresses, is accurate and up to date.
- File Formats
The standard file formats for digital design delivery include JPG, PNG, TIFF. If specific formats are required, this must be communicated before the start of the project. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but additional processing time may be required.
- Revisions and Modifications
Revisions requested during the project development will be addressed as part of the agreed project scope. However, please note that revisions may extend the delivery timeframe. We will keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
- Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery of the final product, we will send a confirmation email. It is the client’s responsibility to review the files immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 30 business days. If no issues are reported within this period, the project will be considered complete and finalized.
- Delivery Failure
In the unlikely event of a delivery failure due to technical issues, such as email transmission errors, please contact us at art3advisor@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make the necessary arrangements to ensure you receive your product without delay.
- Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your digital product within the agreed delivery timeframe and have not been informed of any delays, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and take corrective action to resolve it as quickly as possible.
